It was a bit cringey but was far better than the main series. This show was educative, enjoyable and beautifully portrayed the side effects of unhealthy lifestyle. Definitely recommended to everyone. **PS:** [spoiler]I don't think someone who just had a heart attack would donate blood, but oh well[/spoiler].

this made me really sad but it was very eloquent, educational, and well-done.
