Ivo Opstelten

Ivo Willem (Ivo) Opstelten (Rotterdam, 31 January 1944) is a former Dutch politician of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). He served as mayor for decades and as Minister of Security and Justice between 2010 and 2015.
