Cliffhanger... This film back in the day... Started my Obsession with 5.1 Surround Sound with Rear ceiling mounted speakers. Awesome helicopter... Decided to rewatch it on my OLED 4K.. With 9.1.5ch But sadly the Visuals are like watching thunderbirds from 1960 But the Soundstage is still awesome.. So unlike a fine wine this hasn't aged well.. 🙄

As with most of these movies, you shouldn't watch it for a gripping story. But it's great if you want to see a lot of action and you're a fan of Sylvester Stallone.

A classic 1990s action movie with Sly. It feels a bit like “Die Hard” in the mountains. As ever with this kind of movies, just enjoy the action and the two dimensional story and characters. Do not ask too many questions about the logic of the whole thing. These movies are mode to enjoy with a bucket of popcorn, so do that and enjoy.
