A story we all have seen at least 3 times before, or even far more often. But usually far better executed than this. Dreadful dialogues, retarded acting, stupid "facts" in the story that dont make any sense. Even at the start of the movie, Earl/Mickey Rourke supposedly was keeping an old Volvo for Jake/Ryan his son.... wait what? Keeping it for 5 or 6 years? Nonsense. And the same basically applies for like almost anything in the movie. Too many 'dramatical conversations' that supposedly build the character. Right. Plus why the guy is the only one with the female baby sitter? What. A. BS. Story.
