This was Salman Khan selecting Good scripts and putting in actual work, and it shows. The style, the locations, the action - it all holds up. What makes it work even on rewatch is that it never takes itself too seriously but also never becomes a joke. The Pakistan-ISI angle could've easily gone messy or preachy, but it's handled with surprising restraint. The ending actually says something real. Salman in this era just had it. That charm, that physicality, that screen presence - the later Tiger films chased this and never quite caught it. Good time. Still is.
