Shanghai Noon is Jackie Chan at his best, a very fun and entertaining action flick!

Fine action, chemistry and comedy. Ebert & Roeper were right. This was much better than Wild Wild West.

To be clear, this is a fun buddy action film. However, the whole time I couldn't help but think I would rather be watching Rush Hour. The two series share far too many similarities, and even if this is still rock solid it leaves me wanting more. Rating: 3/5 - 75% - Worth Watching

This movie is always fun to watch.

It's a super goofy collision of the Old West and Imperial China that manages to be a total blast, provided you don't take it more seriously than it takes itself. Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson share a sharp comedic chemistry, turning a standard fish-out-of-water premise into a fun buddy adventure fueled by clever stunt choreography and breezy banter. While it definitely explores the frontier in a sanitized Disney kind of way, its sheer charm and earnest energy make it an easy watch.
