By the way, I think UTOPIA is amazing. Definitely a spiritual sequel to RODEO, an album I've always been obsessed with. 2023 Travis is acknowledging his addictions, mainly drugs and sex, and feels chained down by them. I think ending the album on Til further Notice and not Telekinesis was dark as fuck. Really brings out the hopeless cyclical nature of the album and of addiction.
