A quite fascinating blend of down to earth cyberpunk high tech - low life world and a buddhist reality tunnel in a Cambodian near future setting of kids and families in poverty scavenging digital electronics and provide side market services for augmented hipsters while international politics force them out of their homes. The unusual environment and the story is compelling and the production is mostly all right - but that said the pacing is a terrible crawl that challenges the Zen out of the most exalted of cinematic monks.
