Football + Documentary + nominated for Oscar I have to see this!

Real good documentary and even I'm not much into (American) football since it isn't that big a sport over here (Netherlands), it is a really good story about live! It's about what is possible if you create a team, where every single one is determined to fight for the team and put that in front of themselves!
