This is a review for the 2nd Version of the film see Riff Trax (not the Live) Version for the Thumbelina Cut of the Film… Santa needs to get a tan for Mrs. Claus as Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer stare on… and Thumbelina is being offered to every old person to marry that she meets… cause they are rich and they think she is cute… not creepy at all… This is a not a review of the Straight version on Tubi which features Jack and the Beanstalk cut of the film…. (I guess it doesn’t matter which review you read both are really demented) This is a review for the 2nd Version of the film see Riff Trax (not the Live) Version for the Thumbelina Cut of the Film… This is a wild weird ride. Santa is really lazy and basically does nothing to help himself. The inserts are from previously released films by the group. The amusement park that the Ice Cream Bunny and kids drive through is the Pirates World Amusement Park which closed about a year later in 1973. Maybe they thought this “amazing” Christmas movie would draw families to the park and keep the attendance up and away from Walt Disney World… spoiler… it didn’t help. This is the straight version of the film… there is also a Riff Trax version of this movie… and I am interested in their take on this movie. This is one of the lowest rated movies on Letterboxd at the time of this review. This movie makes no sense so don’t try to make it… just enjoy the insanity of it and the laziness of Santa and the musical songs of the singers… as Santa Bakes on the open sand… Santa needs to be tan for Mrs. Claus… And where the heck did Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn come from? Did they fall into a Time Portal? And how did they float to Miami… there are so many questions that the questions would never end… Nursery Rhyme character pimping at its lowest or best… 1970’s Pirates World Amusement Park… A safe place for the family… have you met Mr. Mole?…
