Maybe my brain has been shattered to greasy bits by all of the abysmal found footage on Amazon Prime, but I really enjoyed The House in Sherwood. It's a bit hokey at parts, then really unsettling and creepy in others. The camera spends most of the time on the faces of our characters, and the format is a welcome departure for a genre defined by its point of view. The actresses were excellent, if a bit over the top, and they help sell the movie right to its satisfying ending.
