[Goya'22] Petra Martínez is the face of melancholy and dissatisfaction. Her transformation throughout the film borders on perfection. The director uses a minimalist tone that creates a poetic atmosphere. Closed shots of the first part are opened in the second to show a feeling of freedom, the interiors become exteriors when the physical and psychological trip takes place. A brilliant and moving movie.
