This is an episode movie where the individual parts are not directly related. The common theme is that someone has won a prize in a lottery and the stories deal with what happened and the effect that win has on the people. I found it quite amuzing. It isn't a must-see movie but way better than the below 50% rating now. Louis de Funes, who is featured prominently, only plays in one episode.
