Easily, my favorite movie. Beautiful in every way.

"I'm dying in this town"... And we handled the Oscar to Kidman without any hesitation. Streep and Moore are fantastic as well in this movie... it's all about the acting!

Oh how I wanted to love this movie but I think the parts were greater than the sum. I loved so much about it - the actors, the mixed storyline, the ending. That said... it felt a little lacking to me. It almost had a paint-by-numbers feel to it in order to make sure that the viewer understood the link between the stories. I liked it but I didn't love it with the exception of the ending.
