Official remake of John Q, with very poor execution and a very dumb ending. Why does every baddie in the film out of no where and suddenly becomes good? Pfft.

If you make a serious film then keep it serious no need for comedy scenes. When you tell a story keep film watchers' blood pressure high don't bring it down by putting in useless comedy scenes. Director copied John Q's story but John Q 1000% times better film with an engaging storyline.
