_Boris: The film_ is just that; a film for fans of the (now cult) Italian TV series Boris. Nothing more, nothing less. The story faithfully traces the dynamics, characters and humor of the series. And no wonder since exactly the same signatures are behind its direction, subject and production. However, it lacks that 'something extra' that one would expect from a feature film. Without praise or infamy, _Boris: The film_ appears more like a long installment of the series (with gags and references already seen) than a film that can be called such.
