I remember the first time I saw this movie; it was during an all-nighter when I was preparing for a school exam. Some noname TV film channel aired this around 2 am, and it completely sucked me in. Maybe it's the background music that is so ambient at times, a bit bittersweet even. I know the story can be a bit lame, but I just loved the chemistry between the leads, and I found the storylines enjoyable. There is also some sadness in it for me. The sense of the moving time, the passing of life—I cannot put it into words. I see something more under the surface, actually. This movie will always remind me of that quiet, dark, and warm night when I was up all night above my books and papers.
