Inevitably every director has a worst film. The Ladykillers is the Coens' worst, and it’s not close.

Boy there sure were a lot of trash boats.

The movie's message is: "Crime doesn't pay off". Rather silly plot & boring most of the time!

It's not the Coen Brothers' best but it was still good. The story was simple and it was fun to watch Tom Hanks handle the role. Had me laughing out loud a couple of times.

It was a bit draggy in the middle, but cool ending. 3/5
