Entertaining movie with an interesting story. The movie had more depths in the characters than I expected, which was nice. The acting was good and the fighting performances were exciting. Overall it was great to see Charlize Theron kick ass again and I guess we'll see more of it in the sequel which clearly is already in the works.

A TV pilot with a script that's outright ridiculous when it's not too busy being predictable. Please someone arrest Charlize Theron's blackmailers so they can stop forcing her to make garbage runs and trash dives.

This movie will seem familiar to everyone because it’s a conglomerate of hundreds of shitty movies… Is it that hard to come up with some original ideas

The Old Guard (2020) - ❤x8 I liked it. Has a decent storyline that could get fleshed out more if there's a sequel. The action was quite good, in which Charlize incurred several injuries in real life. Due to the lack of any kind of movies in the theater and only a handful of new movies hitting streaming sites, this makes for an excellent summer popcorn action flick. How I rate: 1-3 ❤ = seriously! don't waste your time 4-6 ❤ = you may or may not enjoy this 7-8 ❤ = I expect you will like this too 9-10 ❤ = movies and TV shows I really love!

I expected so much more, it's getting hyped on Netflix and I do not know why. "The protector" first season was better than this, heck, even "warrior nun" might be. Ok maybe not Warrior nun. The concept is chewed up. Many shows and movies with a same plot. Sorry, it wasn't all that good.
