A piece of shit! Full of stereotype plot's! No one in this film knows what's happening! The Tech guys somehow knows everything from. Tech to Biology. A waste of time I say. Another this Corp. that Corp. Radiation. Big Monster movie. Don't watch!

So, it looks like they'll just keep producing these Lake Placid sequels YOLOing their money into them hoping for a win some day. I wouldn't be surprised if we see another one soon. 😂

It's not great, but it does star Officer Haught (Kat Barrell) in the lead role.

On a technical level, “Lake Placid: Legacy” is perhaps better than most of its predecessors, especially since the poor computer effects used for the killer crocodile are less noticeable this time around, as it is hardly ever seen. However, what sets this film apart from the others in the franchise in a bad way is its overly serious tone. None of the humor from the original films remains, and the story and characters are far too generic to be entertaining. As a result, the oh-so-creatively titled “Legacy” is above all a thoroughly boring film. As bad as I found the previous entries in the series, at least they had some entertainment value. I would say that after this sixth installment, it was really time to call it quits with this franchise.

The Writer: Screw it, I won't try because the actors will. The Actors: Screw it, we won't try because the director will. The Director: Screw it, I won't try because I'll get tons of money to make this movie. The Producers: You're all screwed because we spent the entire budget on the poster. Now go make your movie with this Windows phone. In the Lake Placid franchise (😂) this is another straight to STD installment that gives 'B' movie a new meaning: 'Be' prepared to hate it.
