Like meeting a new person you think is kinda cool but then they start talking politics and you realize your mistake... I was low-key enjoying this light Chinese western (an eastern western, if you will 😉😎) based on, it seems, the Disney cartoon of Robin Hood, but then they included a rape. Sorry not sorry, you can't make a film with a rape scene and call it a comedy.

Masterpiece, the duo of Jiang Wen and Ge You is truly amazing! However, this movie can be challenging to comprehend without a background in Chinese culture.
