I saw this movie for my psychology class and I really had no expectations about it. In the end, the film itself silenced me, both in word and in mind. I cried a couple of times. I don't regret seeing it at all.

This was a very hard watch, simply because of how horrible and abusive Sahai's "teaching" methods were.
