Superb acting by Rampling and Courtenay lift this drama of secrets and deep emotion.

it's a movie about the truth and the mechanisms of a marriage. I thought about this movie for days, the message that came to me was that we area all isolated isle, and sometimes see each others in distance.

I thought I loved drama to the heart, but this one was painful to finish, apparently too vanilla drama for my taste. Not everybody's cup of tea I guess.

The snow was general all over Norfolk.
