This is a really good looking movie. The details are amazing! However I seriously could not watch more than 20 minutes of this. The singing is almost NONSTOP. I don't mind some singing as long as there is more acting than singing. But in the little bit I watched, we were lucky to get maybe 5 minutes of dialogue before they would break out into song. If you love musicals, then this movie is for you. If you prefer plot and comedy, this movie is definitely no Shrek. It's a shame, because it really is beautifully rendered.

Just finished watching this with my niece. We both loved it! Lots of funny parts, adorable characters, and plenty of singing. Most of the music is of older songs you've heard before by great artists like Elvis Presley, Whitney Houston, Four Tops, Bob Marley, and more. Honestly, this is probably my favourite soundtrack from any animated film to date because of these great artists and how they incorporated their songs being song by characters in the movie. You will definitely be singing along, I can almost guarantee it!! LOL!

This suffers from there being an unoriginal song every 20 seconds after the last. Song to Dialogue ratio is like 80/20

Love potion is no different than GHB and other date rape drugs. Dressing it up as a cute kids film is pretty sinister if you ask me.
