Curse of Mardi Gras is one of the most offensively bad movies I've ever experienced. It drags like a dog with worms and reminds you of everything bad about the pre-9/11 world. Some things are in need of being forgotten and this is one of them. Avoid this like the plague and your life will be better for it.
