Slow in the beginning but after a while it starts to get interesting, actually enjoyed it ... Some dark humor (don't watch this thinking you find a good comedy), not that much though but you don't feel that you want the time back at the end of it so worth watching from my point of view.
A waste of time .. very bad Awful!!! Don't watch
I'm gagged. I mean people are being really harsh on this but I thought it was pretty good and kind of a great absurd story.
The indie dark comedy Home Sweet Hell is a rather lackluster film that doesn’t deliver that many laughs. When furniture salesman Don Champagne has an affair with one of his workers (who’s actually a professional con-artist) she turns around and begins to blackmail him; and when he comes clean with his wife she demands that he kill her to make things right. Starring Patrick Wilson, Katherine Heigl, and Jordana Brewster, the casting is rather good; the performances however, are pretty weak. And the tone doesn’t do a good job at mixing the comedy with the violence. Additionally, the characters aren’t that sympathetic. Poorly made shlock, Home Sweet Hell isn’t very entertaining.
"We will have sex on the day I scheduled." This movie is hard to watch because the wife is so unlikable. How could he have married someone who acts like that? Did she change, or was she that way when they dated? Without this information the movie is unbelievable, and I have no sympathy for the guy's unhappiness.
