Not great by any critical standards, but if you love music and Rock'n'Roll you'll love this movie, no doubt. It doesn't have a lot going for it but it successfully encompasses the joy of music, and all that comes with it.

Oh how I wanted to love this movie. I am generally a fan of Richard Curtis' work and I love the cast. Why the hell is this movie more than two hours? They partied a lot. We get it. People loved rock and roll - got that too. Ugh.... such a waste. truly one of my favorite movies to watch when there is nothing else to watch or have on in the background or just rewatching it because, it's a very fun film, fantastic soundtrack and the cast is superb.

Some very childish announcers. Ok.

I didn't expect to like it that much, but it just got better and better, maybe I liked it this much because my expectations were low but nevertheless a beautiful movie for music lovers.
