AEW Forbidden Door 2026 was one hell of an event and easily the best installment since the original. It may have felt a little less distinctly “Forbidden Door” than previous editions, but the quality of the show more than made up for that. The card was loaded, the match variety was excellent, and the overall execution continued AEW’s incredible run of delivering top-tier pay-per-views. At this point, AEW’s consistency on PPV is reaching historical levels. These shows routinely feel like major events worth paying for, with enough wrestling, storytelling, surprises, and memorable moments to justify the investment. Spare me the complaints about the runtime—when the quality stays this high, the length is part of the value. This is everything I want from a wrestling event I’m spending money on. Omg, what a perfect show. All the matches were 10/10 for me and the holly-hell main event was 100/10 for sure! Easily the match of the year! Every PPV, AEW somehow will think of something new and make the show brilliant than the previous. Recommended watch of course!
