Nine short, uninterrupted stories. Ok

One of my favorite songs growing up was Same Old Lang Syne by Dan Folgelberg. I remember listening to it dozens of times as a kid, but I never really understood it. I asked my mom why she liked it so much when it made her cry (it was on one of her favorites tapes we used to listen to in the car) and she said she couldn’t explain it. I’m 42 now and I understand. It makes me cry sometimes now, too. Just like I cried during the Robin Wright Penn/Jason Isaacs scene in this movie. God. The forever question of “what if?”
