I never get tired of this national treasure.

Revisiting Heavyweights after such a long time was a fun nostalgia trip. While some aspects haven’t aged the best, the movie still carries that undeniable ‘90s Disney charm, similar to The Big Green. It hits the comfort zone perfectly, mixing quirky humor with an underdog story that feels warm and familiar. It’s not flawless, but it’s the kind of movie that makes you smile just by existing in that era of family comedies. Rating: 3.5/5 – 80% – Would Recommend

> "Attention campers. Lunch has been cancelled due to lack of hustle. Deal with it." This is such a 90's classic. It's crazy how natural the kids joke around and how funny it actually is, then I saw that Judd Apatow helped write the script. I feel like most kid stuff now feels too produced and corny where as here it does feel like how they talked in the 90's. Ben Stiller plays a great antagonist in this too.

Ben Stiller was a spectacle 😂 The rest of them were alright.

Another film from my younger years revisited. Ben Stillers over the top character is what always made this film for me. Take that out and it would feel very generic.
