Often very funny. this is a one of a kind movie that will make you fall in love with John Waters. Not as mainstream as his later works and not as bizarre as his earlier films, this sits nicely in between them.

I can't say John Waters is my type of trash. It's just not my type of humour. Everything is too grotesque. No aesthetic beauty, This was OK though, it did have a few funny moments.
