Shango is left hanging in a basket until he almost starves. A Confederate officer releases him so that he can be framed for a murder. But Shango is rescued and works with the Mexican locals to take the insane officer out. Shango turns out to be a Texas Ranger. He does take out all the bad guys, but there is a lot of collatoral damage.
