Como leitora da série Pede-me o que Quiser, confesso que assistir ao filme foi uma grande decepção. Eu tinha expectativa de ver na tela toda a intensidade, os conflitos e a química que a Megan Maxwell conseguiu construir nos livros, mas o que encontrei foi uma história rasa, sem contexto e praticamente sem alma. O filme parece mais um namorico mal resolvido, cheio de cenas de sexo e brigas repetitivas, mas sem qualquer profundidade. Faltou o desenvolvimento emocional dos personagens e as motivações que fazem a gente entender e até aceitar certas atitudes extremas. Quem não leu os livros provavelmente nem consegue compreender o motivo de tanta intensidade, porque o filme não explica, não constrói, apenas joga as situações. Senti que tudo foi tratado de forma superficial, como se quisessem transformar uma história complexa em mais um romance erótico genérico. A essência da trama, que mistura paixão, dor, descobertas e crescimento, ficou completamente perdida. Em resumo, o livro é muito, mas muito melhor. O filme não faz jus à história original e, sinceramente, parece ter sido feito apenas para aproveitar o sucesso do nome, sem se preocupar em entregar algo à altura. I knew what it was but i thought there would be some substance but no, it's an out and out exotic movie, they tried to blend in emotions but they don't work, the exotic nature works though, Gabriela Andrada works!!
