"Blackout" is an entertaining yet flawed film with a decent balance of humor and action, thanks to the commendable direction by Devang Bhavsar. The performances by Vikrant Massey and Sunil Grover are what keeps you engaged, and the music by Vishal Mishra is catchy and engaging. The plot follows Lenny, a crime reporter, as he navigates a series of unfortunate events during a city-wide blackout.
