> An out-out Entertainer ; a Perfect CoCtail of Thriller , Action , Slight Romance and Paparazzo Big issue is a good drama which keeps you wanting for more . A totally new outlook from the perspective of paparazzi media , with retro vintage music combined. In short Big Issue is a complete package of enjoyment where everything makes sense. **Greed, power, money, nothing's much overhyped here like all K dramas do .** It's a dirty drama that revealed many things especially with the current situation that Korea's (World) facing right now. It might not be the EXACT thing, but it somehow connected it to the issues that's happening in there now. I loved the cast, so much. They exert so much effort to bring out the emotions and what their character is thinking. Kudos to Han Ye Seul and Joo Jin Mo. They were really good and to be honest, I liked their chemistry. PLOT ------ The plot focuses on a disgraced journalist who didn't grab the opportunity and a newbie reporter who grabbed the opportunity ? Who is good? Who is Bad ? Who is Shameless ? Who is successful ? Who is Happy ? > It will be safe to say that in this drama the idiom "A picture is worth a thousand words" describes perfectly the drive behind the drama’s plot. This is a great and brilliant intrigue drama that uses the paparazzi world as the backdrop to a very powerful story. Paparazzi are independent photographers who take pictures of high-profile individual from all walks of life and sell them to the highest bidder from media outlets that focus on tabloid journalism and sensationalism. The drama poses the reality of how greed, power, money, and ambition lead people to manipulate social media to move the masses from left to right and vice versa while utilizing pictures taken by paparazzi to bribe and control powerful people. CAST ------ The cast is new to me but you know many actors and actress play certain roles but in this drama they have this Aura of the character they're playing .They exert so much effort to bring out the emotions and what their character is thinking. Kudos to Han Ye Seul and Joo Jin Mo. They were really good and to be honest, I liked their chemistry. I was never fan of cold romance but Welcome to the Club I loved it in this story. Another character that I liked was Ms. Seo (Ji Soo Hyun's assistant). I really don't have any particular reasons why I liked her but throughout the drama, I was liking her. Perhaps her character development? Speaking of character development, I was so surprised with Ji Soo Hyun's character development. [spoiler]When the white hair witch appeared, and we found out that she was the one controlling it, I was mind blown. Who would've thought of that?[/spoiler] Remaining Paparazzo played well; atleast they made me feel they were human and not greedy C**nt and B**ches :) . In every drama I have photog and paparazzo looked like assholes who don't have conscience A special mentions to Seo Yi Soo [Seok Joo's daughter] for excellent acting ; she stringed out emotions more than any other character in the show and [spoiler] really glad she got the transplant eventhough it was not ethical [/spoiler] VERDICT ----------- This is a really underappreciated show the flew under radar in 2019. The cast did a fantastic job bringing these complex characters to life. The story is well written and the dialogue is smart and powerful. Although there is a strong attraction and complicated circumstances that bring the lead couple together, there is no romantic storyline, but the leading man’s persona holds the drama together. The music was also awesome it matched the show and I really like *"Stay" - OST 3*. Enjoy it! If you are into THriller and Political Dramas with slight romance this is a must recommendation for you !! Even if you don't care; like me; it is still a wonderful watch .
