If I had to describe this show in one sentence I would call it a terribly bad narcissistic Walter O'Brien ego-trip.
Show is super campy, but if you get past the rather bad episode 1, then the rest of the season has been pretty alright. If you are even semi-familiar with technology, physics, and the world we live on, then you will know that a lot of what they are talking about isn't true and is suped up hyperbole.
Scorpion is a terrific watch as long as you watch it the right way. What I mean by that is if you are looking for a very serious show where every aspect of it is believable, than don't bother watching a single solitary second of it. But, if you're looking for a show that you can sit back, relax, suspend your disbelief, and enjoy it for what it is than it's perfect. A show that is action packed, funny, incredibly wholesome, with a bunch of loveable characters that you can't help but root for. And as an added bonus, you might learn a thing or too along the way as well!
This show is great if you take it as seriously as the writers of the show do. It's stupid and it's supposed to be. It ends up being hysterical and a lot of fun to watch. We don't have too many silly shows airing now that are enjoyable to watch, but this is one.
According to Hollywood, it's always all up to the good ol' US of A. American heroes always save the day.
