I'm fuc*** love this show!!
I watched this show as I was coming out to myself and feeling very guilty watching. I'd recommend it to every member of the alphabet mafia who's dealing with identity issues and finding themselves. It taught me so much about the LGBTQ+ community and all the issues I'll deal with in life before I had to experience them for myself. It will educate you hunny, especially if you live in a conservative country where LGBTQ+ culture isn't allowed to exist. It's relatable, warm and at times heart breaking.
premiered 20 years ago and it's still excellent, poignant and relevant to the (L)GBTQ+ community and society, as a whole. Sharon Gless' Debbie Novotny is legendary!
Started to watch this because of the original series but this is nowhere near as good so I gave up midway through the first season. Too many episodes and no real life emotion like the original.
Years have passed and no series with an LGBT focus has managed to surpass it. impeccable.
