I've been crying so hard that my eyes hurt. No unnecessary episode. Now Hua Zhi is my top 3 female lead character.

> Attack on Freedom of Speech The Biggest Calamity in this show is the Emperor ; the most evil person who suppresses and plot against his own kin unsurprisingly condemns the family [spoiler] multiple times [/spoiler] for being frank. The only time i wished a sitting emperor be de-throned was this show. The main couple are so adorable there is no second lead angst or jealousy or drama a perfect union and [spoiler] the only break-up comes is to prevent the wrath of the evil emperor [/spoiler] . They communicated the feeling well and the casting was perfect as well ; except may be their hair wigs which we would get over slowly... The way the Hau's come together from being entitled brats to losing things by relying on men and then coming with contingencies to survive and thrive with sisterhood ; the maids , concubines , the sisters , the parents and the elderly all excel in their support for Zhi . Even the ones you have There were obviously some unfortunate deaths [spoiler] The Prince Xian , Jiang Wei Zhi [/spoiler] and some ubearable ones [spoiler] The Old Madam, Hua Rong [/spoiler] and the deserved ones [spoiler] Hua's First Daughter[/spoiler] Usually its the female character that usually cause trouble and then male has to save/fix .. but in this show all the way through the troubles caused by the men are shouldered and resolved by a bunch of smart women and that makes the show unique and refreshing .. "DONOT RELY ON MEN" seems to be message on writing but its actually "TRUST AND RELY ON FAMILY" .
