One of the standout features of the series is its excellent cinematography, which captures the beauty of the wolves and their surroundings. The footage is both intriguing and informative, providing a rare glimpse into the lives of these animals. In addition to its visual appeal, the series provides a wealth of information about the behavior and ecology of sea wolves, as well as the challenges they face in their ecosystem.

Fantastic and beautiful series. It will entertain, educate, make you laugh, stir up all kinds of emotions, and chances are, it will also make you shed a tear more than once. This series does not shy away from showing the brutal reality of nature. Not in a gory way, mind you: there’s hardly any of that (expect a carcass here and there), but there is drama present, in the most universal way it exists on this planet of ours. The inescapable harshness of nature is incorporated in this series, and while those are the moments that triggered the most emotions for me, they are also part of reality. It’s feelgood entertainment with some brief reality checks in between. This series excels at creating a story, largely due to the fact that the animals get a name, and their stories are told through the three episodes representing the seasons. This also means you will probably establish a connection with them, making you care even more than you normally would when something goes wrong. I highly recommend watching this, 10/10 from me.
