L'existence est absurde.
Bienvenue sur une planète étrange, non sans ressemblances avec la nôtre, où fusent des réflexions aussi hilrantes que poignantes sur la vie, l'amour et l'amitié, formulées de manière très spéciale.

The show misses the enjoyment of the comics. The comic was quick-witted and made you stop and think about it. The show however is long drawn-out awkward phrasing that you want to hurry up get get to the point. First episode is 20 minutes about "comfort squares" (pillows) and avoiding using the word "airplane".
normal things happen but they are described abnormally!
I'm coming to this new, not knowing the webcomic, and I love it! Love the 'tiny snacks' and 'mild poison' lol. Of course almost no transition pleases dedicated fans, the standout that breaks the rule is The Shawshank Redemption. Though I think Stephen King's original was more of a short story at 70pages from memory! Ooops my ADHD brain gone sideways there. Maybe I need to seek out the webcomic!
Too much unnecessary hate over here from comic "fans". You really don't know what an adaptation is, so keep your hate away and make an opinion based on the show... Anyways, so much love and fun with this show, I really enjoyed it!
I was really looking forward to this but as others have said...the spirit of the web comic did not come through in the show. Don't get me wrong, it was enjoyable but oddly generic, with such clever new scenarios as "Millennial afraid to ask someone out!" and "Child does things to exasperate parents" and the always new and exciting "I got a promotion and now everyone hates me". Overall, cute but lacking what made the web comic so good.
