A very solid start for this thriller. A good cast and what appears to be an interesting story. So far the plot is still up for grabs, but the first two episodes made wanting for more and having a lot of questions, which for me is what I like on a good thriller. Needless to say having Idris Elba is a +. If you like thrillers, give this a go and ignore the low rate it was because had more than 18 votes of 1* months before airing.
Curious how it will proceed but watching the first episode already required me to suspend my disbelief quite a few times.
The ambiguous wording of "incident" by Idris' character and the flight crew, not squawking 7500 and ATC immediately giving up after they get told the incident is solved is especially heinous. The captain choosing to open the door for no logical reason I'm expecting to be explained but jesus christ edit: it did not get explained beyond the fact that the captain was having an affair with the flight attendant or some shit lmao. garbage show with garbage writing
Season 1 = Hijacking of an airplane season 2 = Hijacking of a train So does this mean season 3 = hijacking of bus while staying above 60mph speed limit?
When you look at the plot you think that it'll be pretty boring but it's actually quite captivating! The acting is good, the plot is much better than you think and Idris Elba, I mean you can't do a lot wrong when it comes to his acting. UPDATE: After watching all the episodes I would say it's a decent one-time watch but I don't see myself ever wanting to revisit this again. What captivates you is the way in how everyone does "their thing" but that's only good one time, after that there's nothing more to surprise you. I still feel the acting is well done but it does get a bit predictable and unbelievable the further into the show you get.
