Une jeune norvégienne, Pia, est enlevée dans le désert du Sinaï avec deux israéliens. Les ravisseurs ont une demande simple : 12 prisonniers doivent être libérés en Israël et un en Norvège ; sinon, ils tueront les otages. Comme les autorités tardent à réagir, Alex, la mère de Pia, qui a des contacts au Moyen-Orient depuis l'époque où elle travaillait sur les accords d'Oslo de 1993, décide d'agir.

[Netflix] A political thriller that does not really delve into the more political aspects (the absence of the Norwegian government in the negotiations is significant and incomprehensible). The story tries to be more in line with the families of the kidnapped, but the development is so implausible and the performances so weak that the set ends up transmitting a feeling of laziness in writing, no matter how much the directors try to build a thriller with dizzying pace.
All I can say is, poor Pia! Dad and mom both [spoiler]want her dead, and do everything they can to ensure it! OK, he's not her real dad, but he thinks he is, and because he raised her, he should act like a real dad.[/spoiler] And nothing against Anders Andersen personally, but a poker face is a terrible curse for an actor.
Chock full off holes, but entertaining enough.
