This is not the story of the movie and, as I haven’t read the book, I can’t speak to how well it tracks with its. I can speak to the beauty of the series, both in the cinematography of the majestic wilderness settings, and the preciousness of life as seen through Yuri Zhivago’s eyes, even though his times were turbulent, violent and fraught with personal danger. The story is epic and the love stories are complex and heartbreaking. I give this series an 8 (emotive) out of 10. [Drama]
