A strong, dense film noir with sharp fast dialogue that almost necessitates a viewing with subtitles. A decent story that falls a little short due to its long winded, winding, double-triple crossing narrative that, without subsequent viewings, would be hard for most to fully appreciate in one go. Different, but not entirely for the better.

I appreciate the effort but it fell flat. The idea of kids acting like they're in a film noir just gets tired. Ends up looking like a college film project.

It's an interesting take on the neo-noir genre, even if all the pieces didn't fit. I really enjoyed the satire sprinkled into the story about how all these tough, bloodthirsty gangers still lived at home with their mothers.
