I like what they are doing in the HCMU this year. While this film has some of the same bases a lot of the HCMU films have, it has some fun diversions to make it different. Excellent work here from Peter Gallagher and Bruce Campbell buoys this into the higher levels of the HCMU. Could have used a little more comedy in your romantic comedy, particularly with some the talent you brought in for this one, but a fun film just the same.

Hallmark movies are always the same in terms of quality, no exception here. Middle of the road, generic, uninspired but with intent to feel good. It’s what I expected and pretty much watched for Bruce Campbell.

I've never seen anything from Hallmark. The only reason I'm watching this because it has Bruce Campbell in it. The film's not bad actually. It's a made-for-tv Christmas film. I enjoyed it for the most parts, beside the romance. It's mainly about reuniting old buddies for a Christmas show but they add bunch of unnecessary things to it. Bruce Campbell and Peter Gallagher are both great in this. There are some fun and touching moments between the two. Their chemistry and conflicts are pretty convincing. The love story between two music managers somewhat takes away my enjoyment a little but overall it's a good watch.
