Synopsis
Il y a des pactes qu’on ne peut renier. Après que sa femme se soit fait violemment agresser, Will Gerard est contacté par une mystérieuse organisation. Face à une police inefficace et incompétente, un groupe de citoyens s’est réuni pour faire respecter la justice. Ils proposent à Will de venger sa femme en éliminant le coupable en échange d’un petit service qu’il devra leur rendre plus tard. Lorsqu’il comprend que pour effacer sa dette il devra lui aussi tuer un homme, il va réaliser qu’il est pris au piège et que les membres de cette organisation sont implantés à tous les niveaux de la société.

“The hungry rabbit jumps.” Seeking Justice is a provocative thriller that’s full of intrigue. When Will’s wife is raped he’s approached by a shadow organization that offers to eliminate the rapist in exchange for a “favor,” but he soon discovers that the organization’s not what it seems to be. The story starts out a bit slow and formulaic, but it gains momentum and eventually weaves a compelling mystery. And the cast is pretty good, and includes Nicolas Cage, Guy Pearce, and January Jones; though their performances are fairly mediocre. While Seeking Justice is a typical action film in a lot of way, it’s entertaining and has some intense moments.

This is one of the good movies Nicholas Cage has... I really enjoyed it!
