It was interesting to discover the character that seems to have had quite a success while I never even heard of him. Which is easily explained as he seems to have been quickly forgotten. However that could have been done by reading a small article and that's it. Can't say his life was very interesting. An artist that struggles, becomes very famous for a while, is forgotten and struggles again. He was a bit eccentric, but yeah, not that much either. He married 3 times with groupies at least 20 years younger. I mean, there is nothing original or worth telling there, it could apply to hundred of quick forgotten artists. The documentary itself is very very basic. Some interview, a narration of his life, some drawings. You can see better made docs about fishes on late night TV.
