[Docsbarcelona] There are two elements that play in favor of the film: Simas Kudirka himself, an old man full of vitality, and the structure in three acts: the desertion, the prison and the liberation. The film makes clever use of information, creating a kind of thriller. There is an interesting reflection of the "American dream", the aspiration to an idyllic place that reveals itself less fascinating than it seemed.
