The franchise finds a pulse again with the terrorism angle. Gulshan Devaiah as the villain is genuinely menacing - committed, unsettling, and sharp enough to make Vidyut actually work for his scenes. The London setting adds something different. Still thin on writing but the action sequences are the best in the trilogy.
