Steven Weber and Molly Shannon star in the holiday comedy _12 Days of Christmas Eve_. The story follows a businessman who’s forced to relive Christmas Eve over and over again in order to learn a lesson. Weber gives a solid performance and his character is well-written; reasoning out different things to try each Christmas Eve. Yet the plot is pretty formulaic and follows the usual tropes. And some of the characters are underwritten. _12 Days of Christmas Eve_ is a by-the-numbers holiday film, but it’s entertaining and has a good message about family.
